Columbus is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Columbus follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. Carrie, Lottie, dining room staff, bar servers, all lovely people! Very accommodating and quick to action, they deserve all the recognition. This hotel could use a refresh. Itβs almost 20 years old and looks like it hasnβt been touched since it was built. The bed skirts have dinge on them, the carpets arenβt very clean, there are stains and water damage on the bathroom ceiling, all the furniture is either stained or scratched or scuffed. Even the wallpaper in the hallways is either peeing off or stained. There isnβt a surface at this hotel that doesnβt show its age. Do something about this, Hilton, youβre charging $189 per night for an airport location, your customers expect better.

I would have given 5 πs across the board. 2 issues. #1 there was a air conditioning vent above and behind the shower in the bathroom, with a loud vibrating hmm non stop. Luckily there were two doors one to the sleeping quarters and one to the living area, so that you could sleep or watch TV. #2 and this should really be number one. I went to use the bathroom at 5am and the toilet would not flush. I went down to the lobby to tell the woman on staff about the issue. She stated that the maintenance person was also the shuttle driver, but would send him up. When he arrived he flushed the toilet and began to walk away. I stated to him it will not flush again, I added water to the tank to get it to flush. He took the top off the tank and had a look inside. He then stated the unit inside the tank needed to be replaced, but he would have to let the head of maintenance know. Now I may be a bit petty, but I was a bit bothered that there was not even the idea for anyone to say, I am sorry for this inconvenience, that must have been frustrating. It was as it meant nothing to either of the employees. I normally have very good experiences with any of the Hilton branded hotels, as I travel extens

I stayed at this Embassy Suites for three nights, and my sister stayed for four. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst Embassy Suites Iβve experienced. The hotel is in desperate need of updating. The rooms were dated, my headboard was visibly dirty, the shower handle was loose, the shower caddy had mold, and the water had an unpleasant sewer smell. One morning, I completely lost water pressure while showering. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. I had to request service three separate times before anyone came, and they didnβt arrive until 6:45 p.m. Even then, they failed to remove used towels or replace them, and they didnβt leave toilet paper. The next day, I had to call again just to get clean washcloths. Breakfast was underwhelming. The made-to-order omelet station was the highlight, but the rest of the breakfast buffet offered very limited options. I also ordered dessert from the restaurant one evening, and it was disappointing. The common areas reflected the same lack of upkeep. The lobby furniture was dated and dirty. The fitness center itself was nice, but there were no towels available. The on-site Starbucks was

An older but functional furniture, spacious and clean. Front view is parking lot, the skyline and airport. Planes come right over the top but not disturbing. Made to order omelettes and a variety of food options. Happy hour with light snacks and drink options at the bar. Front staff was preoccupied. Housekeeping was accommodating and friendly.

cently stayed at Embassy Suites, a hotel I visit regularly, and unfortunately this was one of my most disappointing experiences. We checked in on Friday and immediately noticed our room was warmer than usual. At first, I assumed the air conditioning simply needed time to cool the room down, so we turned it on and left for our planned activities. When we returned, the room was still hot. We contacted the front desk, and after a lengthy wait, maintenance arrived. He attempted to reset the unit but informed us that it might not continue working properly. Since the hotel was fully booked and no room changes were available, he brought us a fan. Unfortunately, the air conditioning continued cycling on and off throughout our stay, and the room never became consistently comfortable. The most disappointing part of our stay happened Sunday morning at breakfast. We arrived at approximately 9:45 a.m., before breakfast service ended at 10:00 a.m. As always, the cook was fantastic and deserves recognition for being friendly and professional. However, my experience with the breakfast staff was quite the opposite. While getting coffee just before 10:00, I mentioned to another guest that we shou
